Human Resource Management

Dr. Wen FENG is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management at the School of Labor and Human Resources, Renmin University of China. Her research interests span organizational behavior, human resource management, and entrepreneurship with a primary focus on new venture teams, power and status, and team dynamics in digital transformation. She has published research articles in  Journal of Business Venturing ,  Journal of Knowledge Management , and  Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice .
