Labor Relations
Lifan Chen is an Associate Professor at Renmin University of China. He earned his PhD from Peking University. His research interests include organizational behavior and information systems within technology-oriented contexts. His papers have appeared in renowned journals such as Decision Support Systems , European Journal of Operational Research , Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology , and Omega - The International Journal of Management Science , among others.
