Human Resource Management
Professor CHENG Yanyuan, Ph.D. in Economics, is the Associate Director of the Institute of Labor Relations at Renmin University of China and the Vice President of the Labor Relations Branch of the China Human Resources Development Association. She has been selected for the Ministry of Education's "New Century Excellent Talents Support Plan" and has received the "Baogang Excellent Teacher Award" from Renmin University of China and the "Top Ten Teaching Model" title.
Her research areas include labor relations and labor law, employee relations management, and compensation management. She has visited institutions such as the Max Planck Institute in Germany and the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba in Canada as a visiting scholar. She has provided labor relations and human resource integration system designs and staff redeployment schemes for more than a dozen enterprises and has offered internal training on labor relations management, employee relations management, and human resource management for hundreds of enterprises.
